Does my baby need to keep still during the casting process?

As still as we can keep them (but we do have some wiggle room!) The better your little one sits, the better detail we can get from the impression. Don’t worry though we have lots of toys to distract them with to make sure they feel relaxed and at ease.

Is alginate safe on my baby's skin?

Yes, the alginate used is of high-grade quality, commonly used by dentists. It is safe for your baby's skin as long as there are no known allergies to the material. We recommend discussing any concerns with us prior to the session.

How long does the casting process take?

The alginate sets in just a few minutes. However, the entire session is typically booked for 45 minutes. This allows ample time for your baby to be comfortable and relaxed, and for you to make your final selections on customizations.

How long do I have to wait to pick up my product?

Creating your unique keepsake takes time to ensure every detail is perfect. We will provide you with a rough collection date at your appointment and will contact you once your piece is ready for pickup.

Can I work with you to create a unique piece?

Yes, of course! We welcome collaboration to create a piece that perfectly reflects your vision. Feel free to discuss your ideas with us.

Can I choose a colour or option that isn’t listed on your page?

Yes, you can! However, please note that choosing a custom colour or option not listed may incur additional charges to the original package price.

What happens if the alginate doesn’t set correctly?

In the unlikely event that the alginate does not set correctly, we will offer a complimentary recasting session to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes, we understand that life is unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to change your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Your non-refundable deposit will cover your new appointment time and we will do our utmost to rearrange a better date for you.

Do you do gift cards?
